Understanding the NQF Endorsement Process and Future Implications

This brand new session will inform your agency about current legislation on hospice quality reporting that states that the published quality measures must receive endorsement from a national consensus body, with few exceptions. In 2011, the National Quality Forum (NQF), the leading consensus building private quality coalition, solicited a call for submission of end-of-life measures. This presentation will take a look into the measures that were submitted and those that have received steering committee endorsement. We will also discuss how these measures may be used in future quality efforts. You won’t want to miss out on this session!
