Position: Client Service Manager
Department: Client Services

Description: Provide outstanding customer service during the following account management activities; product implementation, file upload cycle, user management, and monthly report generation. Exemplify service excellence during the support of routine inquiries as well as problem resolution in accordance to Deyta’s policies and procedures. Refer customers to the appropriate Deyta business partner as applicable information is uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations.
Position: Inside Sales Representative

Description: Responsible for all inside sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned geographic territory. Develops and implements agreed upon forecasting and sales plan which will meet the business goals of expanding Deyta’s customer base in the assigned territory. Works with other members of Deyta’s inside sales and business development teams for the achievement of revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Description: The SQL Server DBA will work in an exciting, fast-paced and agile environment. Ideal candidate will possess expert understanding of the SQL Server architecture, administration and security demonstrating a solid grasp of advanced SQL query techniques. The SSRS Developer will be responsible for developing graphically rich dashboard reports on the Microsoft SQL Server2008 R2 platform. This will include reports, vendor exports, data warehousing tasks and other data related tasks. This position requires excellent communication, technical and project management skills.
Position: Marketing & Education Web Designer
Department: Marketing

Description: The ideal candidate will develop, program, design, and update all Deyta marketing web content and web-based educational programming within the framework of Information Technology standards to drive marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reports to the Vice President of Strategic Development and collaborates with Information Technology web programming staff members. This candidate must have a strong technical background in web development and design with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail, outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, flexibility and the ability to be a team player across many functional areas.
